David A. Gordon, President
David provides overall direction and guidance for Choicelinx' strategy and operations. He has more than 25 years experience with CIGNA Companies, developing and introducing new industry-leading products to the market. Since Choicelinx was acquired by CIGNA HealthCare in 2005 to expand its overall consumer engagement capabilities, David has served as the company's senior executive.
Livia Tumin-Gasper, Vice President of Operations
Livia oversees all of Choicelinx service operations. In this capacity she helps assure the smooth implementation of new clients and excellence in ongoing service to our customers. Livia has over 17 years experience in employee benefits administration, management, sales, and operations. Prior to joining Choicelinx, she served as a Health and Welfare Client Service Director for Fidelity Investments Employer Services Company.
Kenneth Barlotta, Vice President of Sales
Ken is responsible for leading the sales team at Choicelinx. In this capacity he oversees the sales of Choicelinx products to CIGNA's new and existing customers as well as to Choicelinx' direct distribution channels, including brokers, TPA's and regional health plans. Ken
has over 20 years in sales and sales management experience with Procter and Gamble, Mobil Corporation, Injured Workers Pharmacy, and was most recently the National Sales Director for eHealth Solutions, an electronic medical records software company.
