  • Choicelinx Plan Selector – Choicelinx Plan Selector combines the ease and convenience of online enrollment with medical and pharmacy cost compare tools, to offer our individual customers a highly personalized, interactive, consultative, and simple way of projecting their utilization and out-of-pocket costs. Videos can also be embedded within the plan selector to provide an opportunity to educate employees on plan benefits.
  • Employees can estimate how much they will use covered services, such as doctor visits, medications and specialty care, and calculate the approximate cost. They can then compare all of their medical plans based on anticipated out-of-pocket costs, payroll deduction, and employer contribution.
  • Employees can also use the Voluntary Education Tool to find out exactly how much their Short or Long Term Disability Insurance plans cost and the dollar amount the plans would pay out upon a claim.
