We like having the ability to print Account Summaries, confirmations and virtually any page in the application because it's web browser based.”  

“Choicelinx did an initial reconciliation and consolidation of our employee roster and member load data. They took the employee roster and individual benefit reports we sent (e.g., FSA, supplemental life) and consolidated all the data for us.  Additionally, they requested the member (employee plus dependent data) from both CIGNA and Kaiser and did a complete reconciliation of the data to ensure that clean and accurate data was pre-loaded to the application. Choicelinx worked with both medical vendors and us to figure out where the disjoints were.”

Showing employees all the employer-paid benefits they receive is a huge win for us in employee recruitment and retention. Employees also get to see their own personalized weekly LTD benefit value should they become disabled as well as their life and AD&D benefit values. We like to show employees the one-page summary of all their benefits and how little they have to pay for them.”
