Call Center

  • Employee Call Center support capabilities are available to supplement our best in class online experience. The call center also provides high-level technical support for employees for password resets and other questions users sometimes have, further reducing the calls to HR. We have partnered with a world class call center partner to offer these services. The Call Center is staffed with Customer Service Associates (CSA) Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST. These services are offered as a Choicelinx Enhanced Services option. Multi-lingual capabilities are also available as part of the call center service offering.
  • Call Center representatives are trained to answer questions on, plan coverage, provider availability, rates, current coverage and dependent enrollments, as well as support phone enrollments on behalf of employees making New Hire and Annual Enrollment elections.
